Shailesh helped us find a good house in Pleasanton. We had a lot of conditions regarding location / schools / Single level etc. Shailesh managed to find one that met our requirements and was there for every step of the process. Using his negotiation skills he got us the house below the asking price  even though there were higher bidders than us. All in all he is very professional and is highly recommended 🙂
